Here’s an insanely easy and delicious sirloin recipe for your summer bbqs. Get the thickest sirloin you can find ( at least one inch). Brush it with olive oil, sprinkle generously with kosher salt/garlic powder/ freshly ground pepper. Grill over high heat for 4 mins per side. Just let them rest under foil for 5 minutes before serving and you won’t be disappointed. Perfect medium rare. If you want them a bit more cooked just tack on an extra minute per side for medium.
